Yoga is one of the ways I come back to myself
through teaching, I love helping others do the same.
It was through yoga that I first realised just how deeply connected the mind and body really are.
When we connect to the inner,
it naturally reflects in the outer.
Yoga is a sacred practice that’s been around for thousands of years. When we step onto the mat, we’re not only meeting ourselves—we’re also connecting to ancient wisdom passed down through the Vedic traditions over centuries.
I completed my 200hr Yoga Alliance certification while living in Berlin, training at Original Feelings studio under the guidance of Simon Park, Brooklyn Reardon, and Masha Trietsch. Their teachings continue to shape how I hold space—with intuition, warmth, and a deep respect for this practice.
Now based in Sydney, I offer 1:1 sessions at your home, or group classes for workplaces and small gatherings. I love creating classes around a feeling—something grounding, opening, playful, or calm—and blending music in like a secret ingredient.
