Yoga
When we connect to the inner, it naturally reflects in the outer.
Yoga is one of the ways I return to myself.
Through teaching, I love guiding others back to that place too.
It was through yoga that I first realised how deeply the mind and body are connected.
A practice rooted in thousands of years of Vedic tradition, yoga invites us not only to meet ourselves on the mat, but to connect with the ancient wisdom that continues to guide this practice.

My Foundation
I completed my 200hr Yoga Alliance certification while living in Berlin, training at Original Feelings studio under the guidance of Simon Park, Brooklyn Reardon, and Masha Trietsch. Their teachings continue to shape how I hold space, which is with intuition, warmth, and a deep respect for this practice.
What I Offer
Now based in Sydney, I offer 1:1 sessions at your home, or group classes for workplaces and small gatherings. I love creating classes around a feeling or a theme. It could be something grounding, opening, playful, or serene. I love to blend music and sound like a secret ingredient, or also teach in nature, honouring the sounds of the world around us.


Offering: Yoga + Sound Bath
A grounding journey through a vinyasa flow, light breathwork and a closing sound bath – designed to calm the nervous system and bring you back into your body.
Each session includes:
✿ Gentle breathwork
✿ 60 minute vinyasa yoga class
✿ A simple sound bath to close the session

Offering: Yoga, Reiki + Sound Bath
A signature Inside Outside ritual.
Movement and sound open the body, then Reiki supports emotional and energetic release.
Each experience includes:
✿ A 60-minute yoga journey with breathwork and sound
✿ Reiki healing – 45 minutes for private sessions or 10 – 15 minutes per person for groups
✿ Gentle grounding and closing integration
